Qualifications

• Debug functional issues across React Native applications, backend services, APIs, and databases in live production environments.
• Guide users in building stable and scalable mobile applications using our autonomous development platform.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve application reliability and user experience.
• Build troubleshooting guides, debugging workflows, and quick fixes for recurring mobile application issues.
• Investigate crashes, performance bottlenecks, API integration failures, and deployment-related issues.
• Validate application behavior across Android and iOS devices, OS versions, and network conditions.

What You'll Do:

• Ensure smooth performance of AI-generated mobile applications
• Debug functional issues across React Native applications, backend services, APIs, and databases in live production environments

• Work closely with internal teams to identify recurring issues and improve the overall reliability of AI-generated mobile applications

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in mobile application support, mobile development, or software engineering
• Understanding of mobile application architecture and performance optimization
• Experience working with REST APIs and backend services
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
