Job summary

Vivusoft Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in Bengaluru is seeking a part-time AI/LLM engineer to design, build and deploy agents for WhatsApp and CRM workflows.

You will prototype voice agents, automate call centre tasks and integrate with REST APIs and webhooks. Strong Python and English communication are essential, with a background in CS/AI-ML and ongoing 2026/2027 graduation. The role requires on-site work in Hebbal, Bangalore, with a stipend and a path to a full-time role.

Qualifications

• Strong Python; understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings and RAG.
• Working knowledge of REST APIs, JSON and webhooks.
• At least one LLM, chatbot or agent project (share your GitHub link).
• CS/AI-ML BE/MCA 2026/2027 passouts only.
• Good written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• Build WhatsApp Business API agents for lead capture, qualification, demo booking and follow-ups, with human handover.
• Automate call centre workflows: transcription, summaries, sentiment and intent tagging, post-call CRM updates and QA dashboards.
• Prototype voice agents for first-level outreach and qualification.
• Automate CRM tasks in Zoho CRM: lead enrichment, scoring, routing, pipeline hygiene and reporting.
• Build integrations with REST APIs and webhooks, plus RAG over product and pricing content.
• Add evaluation, logging and guardrails and measure time saved and conversion impact.

Design, build and ship AI agents that handle real conversations and workflows across our CRM, marketing platform, VoiP systems and WhatsApp.

What You'll Do

• Build WhatsApp Business API agents for lead capture, qualification, demo booking and follow-ups, with human handover
  
• Automate call centre workflows: transcription, summaries, sentiment and intent tagging, post-call CRM updates and QA dashboards
