Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Hyderabad seeks a senior AI leader to define and drive AI/GenAI strategy aligned with business goals. You will identify high‑impact use cases, advise on LLMs and automation, and design AI architectures (RAG, chatbots, predictive models) to scale value.

You will guide technology choices, uphold Responsible AI governance, translate needs into roadmaps, support PoCs and pilots, and track KPIs and ROI to demonstrate tangible digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive AI/GenAI strategy aligned with business goals
• Identify and evaluate AI use cases across business functions
• Provide advisory on LLMs, GenAI, data science, and automation solutions
• Design AI solution architectures (RAG, chatbots, predictive models)
• Guide teams on technology selection (Azure OpenAI, AWS AI, etc.)
• Ensure Responsible AI practices, governance, and compliance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into AI solutions
• Provide roadmaps for AI adoption and digital transformation
• Conduct AI maturity assessments and gap analysis
• Support PoC (Proof of Concept) and pilot implementations
• Track KPIs and ROI for AI initiatives
