A day in the life

The AHS Specialist you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end compliance journey of assigned sellers under the AHS Dedicated Support model. Acting as a dedicated point of contact, you will drive completion across multiple legislations by providing clear guidance, proactive outreach, and consistent follow-up.

About the team

Account Health Support acts as the primary interface between Amazon and our Selling Partners. The AHS Compliance Specialist will be responsible for providing timely and accurate operational support to Sellers selling on the Amazon platform. The successful candidate has an immediate, distinct effect on the experience of customers of Amazon, making a strong record of customer focus a high standard for the role. A AHS Specialist is expected to address chronic system issues, provide process improvements, develop internal documentation, and contribute to a team environment, all while adhering to service level agreements for phone and/or email cases.

Basic Qualifications

• Speak, write, and read fluently in German
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, SharePoint and PowerPoint
