Qualifications

• Agriculture degree or diploma, or farming background is required.
• Experience in creating short and long-form videos in Hindi for farmer-facing content.
• Ability to plan monthly content around crop seasons and product launches.
• Proficiency with video editing tools and social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Create Reels, Shorts, long-form videos, photos, and carousels in Hindi with captions and thumbnails.
• Record farmer testimonials and crop progress with consent.
• Build a monthly content calendar around crop seasons (Kharif, Rabi, Zaid) and product.
• Give each brand its own voice: scientific for Aaradhya Seeds, practical for Bhoodhan, offers/product explainers for Krishidhan.
• Edit and publish on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp channels.
• Track weekly results (views, enquiries, WhatsApp leads) and optimize.
• Ensure content aligns with label claims and approved registrations.
