Job summary

Great Learning seeks a leader to drive end-to-end analytics initiatives across marketing, sales, operations and customer experience, from problem framing to decision delivery.

You will partner with senior stakeholders to translate analyses into actionable insights and build GenAI workflows, evolving a robust analytics engine. Lead, mentor and grow a high-performing team of analytics engineers and data scientists to deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of analytics, data science, or AI experience.
• Ability to translate vague business challenges into structured analytical problems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for leadership audiences.
• Experience leveraging AI/LLMs to accelerate workflows.

• Proven ability to translate vague and ambiguous business challenges into structured, clear analytical problems
• Exceptional diagnostic skills with a focus on root-cause analysis (understanding why something happened) rather than merely descriptive reporting.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of translating complex findings to leadership to drive strategic business decisions.
• High proficiency in leveraging AI as a force multiplier, including practical experience utilizing LLMs and Agents to accelerate workflows and demonstrating strategic judgment on where AI belongs within analytics processes.
