Job summary

Vodafone Idea Limited in Pune seeks a senior leader in network operations analytics to drive data-driven excellence. You will own KPI dashboards, governance, and enterprise digital solutions from concept to value realization.

With 7-10 years in telecom analytics, you will partner with SNOC and cross-functional teams to turn operational challenges into scalable insights, fostering continuous improvement and actionable decision-making.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Electronics or Telecommunications required.
• 7-10 years total experience, with 6-8 years in network operations analytics or NOC/SNOC KPI management.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale digital solutions and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Champion Network Operational Excellence through automation and continuous process innovation to drive measurable outcomes.
• Lead design and delivery of enterprise-scale digital solutions, incl. portals and dashboards, from concept to value realization.
• Convert operational challenges into scalable, data-driven solutions for efficiency and visibility.
• Own the requirements governance framework, including FRS definition, stakeholder alignment, approvals, and adoption.
• Partner with SNOC, Circle Operations, and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and reduce inefficiencies.
• Drive data-led decision making by developing KPI frameworks and performance dashboards.
• Solve complex operational problems via root-cause analysis and process redesign.
• Institutionalize the Five A Principles to foster a culture of operational excellence.
