You will oversee environmental compliance, worker safety, and sustainable growth, coordinating audits and stakeholder engagement to ensure top standards across plants and solar projects.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Engineering, EHS, Sustainability, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Experience: 8 to 18+ years in ESG, Sustainability, and EHS within manufacturing, heavy industry, or renewable energy/solar.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Expertise in statutory compliance and reporting frameworks like BRSR and GRI.
  • Certifications (Preferred): ISO 14001, ISO 45001, NEBOSH, or Certified ESG Professional.

Responsibilities

  • ESG Strategy & Reporting: Lead annual sustainability reports aligned with BRSR, GRI, and international frameworks.
  • EHS & Compliance Management: Ensure 100% adherence to environmental, health, safety regulations and SOPs across sites.
  • Decarbonization & Renewable Integration: Drive carbon footprint reduction, energy efficiency, and net-zero targets.
  • Stakeholder & Audit Management: Coordinate ESG/EHS audits, manage ratings (CDP, Ecovadis), engage with investors/regulators.
  • Team Leadership: Guide and mentor the EHS and sustainability team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sustainability & EHS Leader to drive our corporate ESG and environmental compliance strategy across our manufacturing and renewable energy operations.

In this role, you will lead the implementation of robust EHS frameworks, spearhead sustainability initiatives, and oversee transparent non-financial disclosures such as BRSR, GRI, and global ESG frameworks. You will act as the key catalyst in ensuring our manufacturing plants and solar operations meet the highest standards of environmental compliance, worker safety, and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • ESG Strategy & Reporting: Lead the end-to-end preparation and publication of annual sustainability reports in alignment with BRSR, GRI, and other relevant domestic and international frameworks.
  • EHS & Compliance Management: Ensure 100% adherence to environmental, health, and safety regulations, statutory compliances, and standard operating procedures across manufacturing units and project sites.
  • Decarbonization & Renewable Integration: Drive initiatives focused on carbon footprint reduction, energy efficiency, net-zero targets, and sustainable resource management within manufacturing operations.
  • Stakeholder & Audit Management: Coordinate internal and external ESG/EHS audits, manage ratings (such as CDP, Ecovadis, etc.), and engage with investors, regulators, and leadership.
  • Team Leadership: Guide and mentor the EHS and sustainability team, fostering a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and environmental responsibility.
Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Environmental Engineering, EHS, Sustainability, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: 8 to 18+ years of progressive experience in ESG, Sustainability, and EHS, specifically within manufacturing, heavy industry, or the renewable energy/solar sector.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Deep expertise in statutory compliance, environmental laws, and mandatory reporting frameworks like BRSR and GRI.
  • Certifications (Preferred): Relevant certifications such as ISO 14001, ISO 45001, NEBOSH, or Certified ESG Professional.
