Job summary

Marvel Placements seeks a senior Chartered Accountant with at least 10 years of experience, preferably with exposure to real estate or manufacturing industries. The role involves coordinating statutory, internal, group, and cost audits, along with rigorous project accounting, controls, and capital expenditure processes.

You will oversee fixed asset, lease, and CWIP accounting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• CA with minimum 10 years of experience, real estate OR manufacturing industry experience.
• Experience coordinating and completing audits (statutory, internal, group, cost).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete audits (statutory, internal, group, cost; fixed assets PV).
• Manage project accounting & controlling, accounts payable and capex processes ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance with financial regulations.
• Project budget actualization and budgetary control.
• Fixed asset accounting, lease accounting and CWIP accounting.
