A leading telecom service provider in Bengaluru is seeking an AGM - Channel Sales to manage operations for the SME business. This role focuses on increasing market share for products like Fixed line, IoT, IIoT, and Cloud through effective team management and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience, including managerial experience in channel sales, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Managing operations for SME business for the state (or defined geography) through designated Tech Channel Managers and Tech Channels. Develop and build the Sales GTM for the designated territory to primarily drive market share increase of products like Fixed line, IoT, IIoT and Cloud. This position will build and strengthen team capability to drive Product Penetration Index both in new accounts and farming accounts, and to achieve budgeted Revenue and NPS.

Experience: 8-10 years plus, of which 2-3 years should be in managerial positions managing channel sales teams and technical sales.
