Job summary

Fulcrum Digital is seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master to own the delivery cadence for the POD across onsite US and offshore India. You will facilitate ceremonies, maintain Jira hygiene, and remove impediments for a large, distributed team.

The ideal candidate has 12–14+ years in IT delivery, with 4+ years as a dedicated Scrum Master or Agile lead, and a proven track record coaching multi-stream teams and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 12 to 14+ years of IT delivery experience with at least 4+ years as a Scrum Master/Agile lead.
• Experience coaching large/multi-stream teams and driving continuous improvement.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies for a distributed team across onsite and offshore members.
• Own and maintain JIRA boards, sprint hygiene, burndown/velocity reports and dashboards.
• Identify, track and remove impediments; manage cross-role dependencies.
• Coach the team on Agile practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Business Analyst and Tech Lead on backlog refinement and prioritisation.
• Report sprint health, risks and progress to programme leadership.

1. Agile Scrum Master

These services have applicability across a variety of industries, including banking & financial services, insurance, retail, higher education, food, healthcare, and manufacturing.

Role Overview Owns the Agile delivery cadence for the POD — facilitating ceremonies, maintaining JIRA hygiene and removing impediments for a larger, distributed cross-functional team spanning onsite and offshore members.

Experience Profile 12 to 14 + years overall IT delivery experience, including 4+ years as a dedicated Scrum Master / Agile lead facilitating larger or multi-stream teams. An experienced Agile master comfortable coaching a sizeable team is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies — daily standups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives — across a larger, distributed team.
• Own and maintain JIRA boards, sprint hygiene, and burndown/velocity reporting and dashboards.
• Identify, track and remove impediments; manage dependencies across onsite (US) and offshore (India) members.
• Coach the team on Agile/Scrum best practice and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with the Business Analyst and Tech Lead on backlog refinement and prioritisation.
• Report sprint health, risks and progress to programme leadership.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on JIRA / ADO administration and Agile metrics/reporting.
• Proven experience running Scrum for larger or multi-stream teams.
• Excellent facilitation, stakeholder management and impediment resolution.
• Comfortable coordinating across onsite/offshore time zones.

Preferred / Nice-to-have

• CSM / PSM / SAFe Scrum Master certification (uplifts the offering).
• Exposure to insurance / underwriting or other regulated-domain delivery.
