Job summary

Cehpoint is seeking a proactive Agentic Skill Engineer for a fully remote role. You will craft and test modular skill.md definitions, build lightweight tooling, and contribute to open-source packages while collaborating with engineering mentors.

Expect a 5-day live technical milestone evaluation, a monthly stipend during study, and a fast-track PPO upon graduation. You will join a distributed team and impact real-world developer tooling while learning through hands-on projects.

Job description

Learn the craft of agent engineering from the ground up. You will learn how to break complex developer workflows into atomic agent skills, author standardized `skill.md` instructions, and write deterministic automated tests.

Section 02
