Job summary

Netomi, a leading AI platform for enterprise CX, is seeking an Agentic Engineer to design and scale agentic workflows on its no-code platform. You will craft robust prompts, integrate external APIs, and build reliable AI agents for production use.

Requirements include 4–7 years as a software engineer, strong prompt engineering, REST APIs, and a proven track record in unit testing and debugging. Nice-to-have: experience with no-code automation and observability in production systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and write high-quality prompts for LLM-based agents (GPT-class models preferred).
• Build agentic tools and workflows on Netomi's no-code platform (Workato, Zapier, n8n).
• Integrate external and internal APIs, including authentication, data mapping, and error handling.
• Implement unit tests, debug issues, and ensure reliability of agent workflows.
• Apply engineering best practices: retries, timeouts, idempotency, lazy loading.
• Optimize agents for performance, cost, and fault tolerance.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and Delivery teams to ship production-grade agentic solutions.

About the role

We are looking for an Agentic Engineer to build and scale agentic workflows and tools using Netomi's no-code platform. This role requires strong software engineering fundamentals combined with prompt engineering and API-driven automation to power reliable, autonomous AI agents.
