We're looking for a Tech Lead to drive the technical implementation of Agentic AI solutions on AWS. You'll lead a development team, design multi-agent workflows, and take solutions from development through production while mentoring engineers along the way.

You'll do:

• Lead teams building Agentic AI applications on AWS
• Design RAG-based and multi-agent solutions using LangGraph, AutoGen, or similar
• Own end-to-end delivery from architecture to production deployment
• Mentor developers and drive technical design decisions
• Work directly with architects, stakeholders, and customers

You should have:

• Strong Python and hands-on AWS experience (Bedrock, SageMaker, ECS/EKS)
• Proven experience leading technical teams
• Solid grasp of agent orchestration, guardrails, and responsible AI practices
