Job summary

Zycus in Mumbai seeks exceptional engineers and researchers to design and build the core AI platform powering autonomous enterprise software. You will work on autonomous AI agents, memory systems, planning engines, and retrieval-augmented generation, turning research into production-grade systems.

Ideal candidates have strong Python skills, a solid ML foundation, and a track record translating advanced research into scalable software.

Qualifications

• MTech or PhD in CS/AI/ML/Robotics or related discipline.
• Outstanding software engineering skills in Python.
• Strong foundations in algorithms, distributed systems, and software architecture.
• Deep understanding of machine learning and modern AI techniques.
• Curiosity to explore frontier AI research.
• Ability to translate research ideas into working systems.

Responsibilities

• Read and implement cutting-edge AI research.
• Reproduce state-of-the-art techniques from leading conferences and journals.
• Evaluate emerging foundation models and reasoning architectures.
• Prototype new ideas rapidly and validate them through experimentation.
