Job summary

Hoonartek, Pune-based, seeks a highly experienced Lead Agent Developer to leverage Agentic AI, data engineering, and predictive analytics to build automated pipelines that drive business intelligence.

This role requires a strong full-stack perspective with Python, GCP/AWS architectures, and modern MLOps to deliver scalable, auditable solutions. You will lead full SDLC and integrate diverse APIs for a unified Customer 360 data view.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, data engineering, or advanced analytics, with significant time spent in cloud environments (GCP/AWS).
• AI/Generative AI: Proven experience designing or contributing to Agentic AI projects using ADK, Google Generative AI, or similar LLM frameworks.
• Programming & Data: Expert proficiency in Python and advanced SQL development. Strong experience with Pandas and modern data technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and build Agentic AI systems (using ADK/Generative AI) for advanced business automation.
• Develop intelligent APIs/endpoints and Agents for automated decision-making and real-time anomaly detection.
• Architect and optimize high-volume, low-latency ETL/ELT pipelines using Python, Airflow, and Cloud Run/Glue on GCP and AWS.
• Manage and optimize large-scale data warehouses, specifically BigQuery, for performance reporting.
• Ensure data integrity and enforce robust data modeling and governance standards.
• Lead the full SDLC from requirement to deployment.
• Integrate systems with diverse third-party APIs to create a unified data view (Customer 360).
• Understand the CICD process for rapid and reliable deployments.
