The role requires expertise in Docker, Kubernetes and Advanced Python, with practical experience implementing MCP and related guardrails.

Job Overview

We are hiring an Agentic AI Engineer dedicated to building resilient, production-ready AI agents with a heavy focus on security, verification, and telephony integrations. You will leverage AWS Bedrock to build multi-agent applications, while implementing state-of-the-art LLM evaluation techniques, safety guardrails, and compliance checks. A major aspect of this role includes extending these capabilities to automated voice solutions for Contact Center Services. You will build integrations using Model Context Protocol (MCP) to seamlessly link LLMs with local development tools and internal systems. Everything you build will run on cloud-native infrastructure, requiring day-to-day proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and Advanced Python.

Key Responsibilities
