Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an Agentic AI Developer to design, build, and operate autonomous AI agents and workflows. The role focuses on LLMs, tool calling, memory and state management, and multi-agent orchestration to enable autonomous actions.

Responsibilities include implementing MCP integrations, RAG pipelines, secure API connections, and governance with observability and CI/CD on cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• 4–15 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of agentic AI fundamentals: goal definition, planning, reasoning, task decomposition, and autonomous action loops.
• Hands-on experience with agent orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen or equivalent).
• Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or equivalent approaches for integrating tools and enterprise data.
• Experience building and optimizing RAG pipelines, vector DB usage, and semantic search.
• Experience developing secure API/database integrations and connecting agents to business applications and external tools.
• Experience implementing observability/AgentOps (monitoring, logging, tracing, evaluation, feedback).
• Experience deploying and operating agentic apps on cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) with containerization, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
• Familiarity with Responsible AI, governance, and security guardrails.
