Title Description for Opportunity :

Role Name: Agentic AI Developer/Lead

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Agentic AI and LLM-powered solutions to address complex business challenges.
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines by integrating enterprise knowledge sources for accurate AI responses.
• Develop and orchestrate intelligent agent workflows using LangChain, MCP, and multi-agent frameworks.
• Monitor, evaluate, and enhance agent performance through AgentOps, observability, and feedback mechanisms.

Must Have Skills:

• Strong understanding of Agentic AI, planning, reasoning, task decomposition, and autonomous workflows.
• Experience building LLM-based agent workflows with tool calling, memory, and orchestration.
• Hands-on expertise in LangChain or similar agent frameworks, routing, and multi-agent systems.
• Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) and enterprise tool integrations.
• Experience building RAG pipelines using enterprise knowledge sources.
• AgentOps experience for monitoring, observability, feedback loops, and performance optimization.
• Exposure to cloud-native deployments, Kubernetes/OpenShift, CI/CD, and scalable AI systems.
• Understanding of Responsible AI, guardrails, security, and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Proficiency in Python, .NET, or Java with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.

Walk-in Drive Locations - Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata and Pune.

• Experience Range: 4 to 15 years
• Qualifications: Any Technical Degree(BE/B,Tech/M.tech/MCA/BCA/BSC/Diploma/Masters)
• 15 years of full-time education.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
