XenonStack is seeking an Agent Architect to design and lead the architecture of multi-agent systems at enterprise scale. You will define LLMs, tools, memory, and orchestration to deliver reliable, adaptive AI agents that comply with governance standards.

The role focuses on system design, orchestration, and responsible AI, with opportunities to shape the AgentOps ecosystem and collaborate with product teams and executives. Expect a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years in AI/ML engineering, systems architecture, or enterprise software design.

Responsibilities

• Define blueprints for agent workflows, including reasoning loops, tool integration, memory systems, and multi-agent orchestration.
• Architect scalable, modular, and extensible agentic systems aligned with enterprise needs.
• Design context pipelines using RAG, knowledge graphs, APIs, and multi-tiered memory.
• Ensure efficient token management and context allocation for reliability and cost efficiency.
• Build frameworks to connect LLMs, APIs, enterprise data sources, and observability layers.
• Collaborate with AgentOps Engineers to ensure smooth deployment and monitoring.
• Implement guardrails for safety, compliance, and brand alignment.
• Ensure architectures meet Responsible AI and governance standards.
• Stay ahead of emerging frameworks and integrate them into architecture strategy.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking anAgent Architectto design and lead thearchitecture of multi-agent systems, enabling enterprises to adoptAgentic AI at scale.

This role goes beyond traditional software or ML architecture — you will define howLLMs, tools, memory, and orchestration frameworkscome together to formreliable, adaptive, and compliant AI agents.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Defineblueprints for agent workflows, including reasoning loops, tool integration, memory systems, and multi-agent orchestration.

Context & Memory Orchestration

• Designcontext pipelinesusing RAG, knowledge graphs, APIs, and multi-tiered memory (short-term, episodic, long-term).
• Ensure efficienttoken management and context allocationfor reliability and cost efficiency.

Integration & Ecosystem

• Build frameworks to connectLLMs, APIs, enterprise data sources, and observability layers.
• Collaborate withAgentOps Engineersto ensure smooth deployment and monitoring.

Reliability & Governance

• Implement guardrails forsafety, compliance, and brand alignment.
• Ensure architectures meetResponsible AI and governance standards.

Innovation & Strategy

• Stay ahead ofemerging frameworks (LangGraph, MCP, AgentBridge, A2A messaging)and incorporate them into architecture strategy.
• Partner with product managers and executives toalign agent design with enterprise workflows and outcomes.
• GuideAI engineers, AgentOps specialists, and product teamsin best practices for agent design.
• Mentor teams onevaluating trade-offsbetween accuracy, cost, latency, and compliance.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Must-Have

• 6–10 years inAI/ML engineering, systems architecture, or enterprise software design.
• Deep knowledge ofLLM architectures, orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex), and agent design patterns.
• Strong understanding ofcontext engineering, RAG pipelines, and vector/knowledge databases.
• Experience withmulti-agent orchestration frameworks(MCP, A2A messaging, AgentBridge).
• Proficiency inPythonand AI development stacks.
• Familiarity withcloud-native architecture (AWS, GCP, Azure)and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Solid understanding ofResponsible AI frameworksand compliance-driven system design.

Good-to-Have

• Background inReinforcement Learning (RLHF, RLAIF, reward modeling).
• Experience inenterprise-scale deployments in BFSI, GRC, SOC, or FinOps.
• Prior experience as aSolutions Architect, AI Architect, or Technical Lead.
• Contributions toopen-source frameworksin multi-agent systems or LLM orchestration.
