SkillLabs is seeking a sales-focused professional to strengthen operational delivery, drive agency business, and generate customer leads. The role emphasizes collaboration with Branch Operations to achieve targets and develop new sales from the existing base and untapped markets.

The candidate will leverage strategies to retain revenue, expand product mix, and maintain compliant operations while building trust with customers and addressing their financial needs.

Qualifications

• Strengthen Operational delivery to maximize Agency business/ Customer acquisition.
• Deliver Growth through revenue retention and generation initiatives.
• Collaborate with Branch Operations Team to generate Customer Leads.

Responsabilités

• Achieve target by Collaborating with Branch Operations team.
• Derive new initiative through existing customer base / new untapped market to bring new sales.
• Leverage vectors to achieve targets.
• Manage Customer Parameters – Persistency for sales done through.
• Manage Product mix as agreed from time to time.
• Track competition on products, structure, and initiatives.
• Compliance – To ensure and function as per the guidelines laid down by Compliance Team.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with existing customers through open and interactive communication.
• Determine clients’ particular needs and financial situations by scheduling fact-finding appointments and determining the extent of present coverage and investments.
• Ensure Segmented product-based campaigns
• Keep records of field Sales Calls and Home Visits
• Use appropriate solutions and up-selling methods
• Perform follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and query resolution/ Taking References
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
