Who We Are Looking For:
AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of Technical Lead -Salesforce.

Technical Lead -Salesforce with AGCO is responsible for delivering programmatic solutions to meet business requirements. This includes Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Component customizations as well as complex configurations and unit testing. It will also provide technical deliverables on Salesforce projects globally including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support ensuring systems are highly available and reliable.

What You Will Do:

1. Maintain an understanding of AGCO’s business processes and the application systems/infrastructure that supports them.
2. Understand solution designs and implement programmatic changes and configuration in Salesforce.
3. Work with the Architect and Technical Lead to build code as per their recommendation.
4. Understand integration points within other systems; grasp the impact of all proposed system changes and accordingly build code and configuration to integrate with other modules and satellite solutions.
5. Follow appropriate change control procedures.
6. Create technical specifications, designs, and testing documentation.
7. Work with IDE such as Visual Studio Code with SFDX or similar.
8. Work with Source Code control systems (git) to maintain the Code Repository.
9. Supply technical guidance and support on Salesforce projects and functionality globally.

What You Will Bring:

1. Bachelor’s degree in IT (Information Technology) or a related field.
2. 3 years of Salesforce Developer experience.
3. Good working knowledge of project Management tools, techniques, processes, and methodologies.
4. Salesforce Certifications are a plus: Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Platform Administrator.

Has detailed knowledge of the following:

• Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
• Salesforce security and sharing models.
• Salesforce API Development and Consumption.

The position holder should have good working knowledge of the following:

• Day-to-day operational environment locally, regionally, and globally.
• Project Management tools, techniques, processes, and methodologies.
