Job description

We are looking for an Advocate having knowledge of IPR Laws. Advocates interested in Legal Research , Statutory interpretations ,Conveyancing /Contract Laws , preparation of contested proceeding briefs etc. shall be preferred.

• Prepare correspondences ,legal documents -IPR Applications
• Drafting of Legal notices and responses
• Counters and evidences
• Conduct Legal research for preparation of cases
• Maintaining Case Diary and updating timelines for hearing and attending Hearing and noting proceedings and ability to prepare drafts of written submissions based on oral hearings/ consultations attended on behalf of the Firm
• Manage regulatory and compliance-related services
