Designation - Product Manager

Work Location - Gurgaon Sec 54

Work Mode - 6 Days Working (5 Days from WFO and Saturday WFH)

The ideal candidate is expected to:

• Understand business needs and end-to-end customer experiences when building payment solutions.
• Have a good understanding of technology, especially in fintech, wallets, payments, loans, and SaaS, which will be a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Recommend new processes, workarounds, and flow changes to ensure constant improvement and evolution of the consumer experience.
• Research and prioritize user requirements, strategic and business requirements, and functional requirements.
• Engage closely with engineering and architecture teams in Agile methodology to help determine the best technical implementation/design while balancing time-to-market needs.
• Partner with Legal, Privacy, and Compliance teams to ensure the products we deliver are within regulatory boundaries.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 7+ years of experience driving a mobile app from scratch to launch with a product-based company.
• Use A/B testing, analytics, market research, usability studies, and competitive analysis to drive decision-making.
• Strong knowledge in optimization, prototyping, and stellar design instincts.
