Sr. Recruiter/Lead – US Staffing

Location: Remote/Brigade Signature Towers, Whitefield, Bangalore

Job Type: Full-time

Night Shift: EST/CST

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and organized individual who can hit the ground running from day one without any guidance.

Responsibilities:

• Prefer 2+ years’ experience in US IT Staffing, preferably with Direct clients and W2/Fulltime requirements.
• Negotiate with consultants on different contract terms like Corp-to-Corp, W2, 1099, etc.
• Be well-versed with Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Google Groups, Ciepal, etc.
• Work on multiple requisitions across different technologies.
• Maintain good relations with Consultants & Vendors.
• Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
• Demonstrate excellent communication, time management, and negotiation skills.
• Communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
• Have hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference checks, etc.).
• Bench Sales experience is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹183,675.00 – ₹1,111,130.00 per year
