Job summary

The Square Aesthetics & Wellness Clinic in New Delhi, Rajouri Garden, is seeking a full-time Aesthetic Dermatologist. You will conduct consultations, assess skin concerns, and develop personalized treatment plans, performing dermal fillers, lasers, and other in-clinic procedures with precise technique.

Qualifications

• MD in Dermatology or equivalent recognized qualification.
• Prior experience in aesthetic medicine is mandatory.
• Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to patient safety.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume OPD environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily OPD consultations for walk-in and scheduled patients.
• Assess and address concerns related to skin health, anti-aging, facial aesthetics, body contouring and aesthetic wellness.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs and clinical assessment.
• Perform aesthetic procedures including dermal fillers, threads, laser treatments, skin tightening and other in-clinic aesthetic procedures.
• Ensure all procedures follow established clinical protocols, hygiene standards and patient-safety guidelines.
• Maintain accurate patient records, treatment plans, informed consent documentation and progress notes.
• Educate patients about procedures, expected outcomes, aftercare and maintenance.
• Manage follow-ups, treatment reviews and maintenance cycles.
• Build long-term patient relationships through professional and personalized care.
• Maintain a high standard of patient experience and satisfaction.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements, techniques and best practices in aesthetic medicine.
