Our Application Evolution Services (AES) team focuses on the evolution of client applications and cloud portfolios, helping clients navigate and realize the value of their application investments while operating securely and cost-effectively. This role involves working on critical service offerings, including help desk support, optimization, strategic roadmaps, and advisory work, with an emphasis on building strong client relationships and supporting engagement wins.

Minimum Degree Required (BQ): BE / B Tech / ME / M Tech / MBA / B.Sc / B. Com / BBA

Required Field(s) of Study (BQ): Relevant fields include Engineering, Business, Computer Science, etc.

Minimum Years of Experience (BQ): 6-10 years

Preferred Certifications: SAP Rise Architect, S/4HANA installation and configuration, HANA Database administration, SAP Upgrade, at least one SAP Associate level certification, exposure to SAP Cloud offerings such as BTP, SAC, and Cloud connector.

Core Skills:

• Proven SME in the domain with experience in SAP upgrades, HANA Database, SAP cloud offerings, and performance monitoring.
• Experience with SAP Solution Manager, SLT Replication, SAP BOBJ, Data Services, UNIX/Linux, Windows OS, and ITIL frameworks.
• Strong communication skills, proactive attitude, customer-facing experience, and ability to work independently and in teams.

Preferred Skills:

• ITIL certification
• SAP S/4HANA conversion, HANA Database administration, SAP Solution Manager, and SAP S/4HANA System Administration certifications.
