Job Description:
Should have experience on windows server and Domain controller upgrades, Group Policy troubleshooting skills.

L3 – The L3 Role involves senior level troubleshooting / Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

Experience with Microsoft Exchange Server and Office 365, On-Prem Office 365 Hybrid Migrations project experience.

Working knowledge of MS Azure, MDM, Intune, M365.

Experience with File and Print Servers, File Server Migrations to Azure.

VMWare /Hyper-V Working experience.

Good understanding of WAN/LAN.

Sound understanding of DNS, DHCP servers, PowerShell scripting.

Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Excellent Client handling and Escalation handling skills.

Experience with Server Migrations.

Application Fresh service, Manage engine.

Sound Knowledge on Patching, ITIL Framework.

Change management, Problem management.

Asset Management automation.

Audits external and internal PCI audits.

Minimum Qualifications:
Certification in Microsoft Technologies MCSA, MCSE, Azure would be an advantage.
