Job summary

Innova ESI in India is seeking an experienced AEM full‑stack developer to design and build custom AEM components, templates, workflows, and services, and to integrate with REST and GraphQL services. You will implement CI/CD pipelines, optimize performance, security, and accessibility (WCAG), and collaborate with UX/design to deliver scalable front-end solutions.

You will work on headless content delivery using GraphQL and Content Fragments, with strong advantage for GenAI/RAG.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with AEM including components, templates, workflows, and services.
• Proficiency in React and modern front-end ecosystems.
• Experience with REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Knowledge of WCAG accessibility and performance optimization.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Ability to integrate Adobe Analytics, Target, and I/O APIs.
• Experience with headless content delivery using GraphQL.

• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Cloud Manager, Git, Maven, and Jenkins.
• Participate in code reviews, QA, and deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot production issues and maintain platform stability.
• Integrate AEM with enterprise systems and third-party platforms.
• Work with Analytics, Target, I/O APIs, and external microservices.
• Implement headless content delivery using GraphQL and Content Fragments.
• AI / GenAI (Strong Advantage) and RAG experience.
