Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Adobe Platform Consultant to support digital transformation initiatives across Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Assets) and Adobe Workfront. This role is focused on requirements gathering, platform configuration, solution design, stakeholder management, and agile delivery support rather than hands-on software development.

The ideal candidate will have experience working directly with business stakeholders, facilitating workshops, defining requirements, configuring Adobe platforms, and translating business needs into actionable delivery artifacts.

Must-Have Experience

• 8+ years of overall experience in Digital Experience Platforms, Marketing Operations, Content Management, Work Management, or related enterprise application consulting.
• 4+ years of hands-on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Assets / DAM) experience, including metadata schema design, taxonomy management, asset governance, workflow configuration, and content operations.
• 3+ years of Adobe Workfront experience, including configuration of projects, request queues, custom forms, reports, dashboards, and approval workflows.
• 5+ years of experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management.
• 3+ years of Agile delivery experience, including backlog management, sprint planning, user story creation, and acceptance criteria definition.
• Experience delivering at least 2-3 enterprise-scale Adobe platform implementations as a consultant, business analyst, functional lead, or solution consultant.
• Proven experience translating business requirements into implementation-ready user stories, tickets, process flows, and solution documentation.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and delivery teams in client-facing environments.
