Qualifications

• AEM Forms expertise including Adaptive Forms and back-end bundles.
• Full stack development with Core Java and OSGi components.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, and HTML/HTL.
• Experience with CRXDE and Sling Models.
• Hands-on with REST and SOAP integrations.
• Strong understanding of form lifecycle management and data security.
• Experience with Git, Maven, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to Dispatcher/CDN/Apache Load Balancer.
• Excellent debugging and stakeholder communication.

A highly hands-on AEM Forms specialist with 4- 8 years of experience in implementing enterprise-grade digital forms solutions using Adobe Experience Manager.

The ideal candidate should be strongly technical, customer-facing, and capable of independently handling development, integration, troubleshooting, and team collaboration.

Must-Have Capabilities :

• Robust expertise in AEM Forms (Adaptive Forms, OSGi, Back-end Bundles).
• Solid Full Stack Development Experience :
• Core Java, OSGi Components.
• JavaScript, jQuery, HTML/HTL (Sightly).
• Experience with CRXDE, Sling Models.
• Hands-on with REST & SOAP integrations.
• Solid understanding of form lifecycle management, validation, data security.
• Experience with Git, Maven, CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to Dispatcher / CDN / Apache Load Balancer.
• Strong debugging, stakeholder communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in client-facing / consulting environments.

Preferred Attributes :

• Adobe AEM Forms Certification (Advantageous).
• Experience with AEM Sites, Assets, AEMaaCS.
• Exposure to regulated settings (BFSI preferred).
• Experience with Agile / Scrum.
• EDS experience is a plus.
