Job summary

Nextloop Technologies LLP is seeking a skilled AEM Form Developer to design, develop, and optimize Adaptive Forms and customer web platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong front-end and AEM backend skills, experience with web performance optimization, and the ability to lead and mentor team members on technical solutions.

Applicants should possess 8+ years of professional experience, including 6+ years in AEM development, with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science/IT.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize AEM Adaptive Forms and form data models, integrating with backend systems.
• Develop AEM backend components using Java, Servlets, OSGi/Felix, JCR/CRX, and Apache Sling; work with SOAP/REST.
• Optimize form and web performance using lazy loading, fragments, and best practices.
• Ensure consistent UI using design systems, style guides, and pattern libraries.
• Lead and mentor team members, conduct code reviews, and follow SDLC/Agile processes.
