Job summary

Newpage Solutions in India is seeking an experienced AEM Developer to design, customize, and deliver scalable AEM solutions for content supply chain. You will build templates, components, workflows, and integrations to help content move faster and smarter.

The role requires strong Java development skills, AEM architecture knowledge, and experience with cloud-era tools such as Cloud Manager. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to drive quality and performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in AEM development and customization.
• Experience with cloud-based architecture, Cloud Manager, repository structure, configurations, and deployment best practices.
• Hands-on experience in asset ingestion, metadata schema, renditions, asset workflows, and asset API integrations.
• Proficiency in Java programming and Java-based frameworks for AEM development.
• Knowledge of AEM architecture, Sling models, OSGi bundles, and deployment models.
• Experience in integrating AEM with CRM systems, APIs, and marketing tools.

Your Mission

We are hiring AEM Developers to manage and deliver new customizations for our Adobe Experience Manager platform for Content Supply Chain. You'll build scalable components, integrations, and workflows, helping content move faster and smarter across the business.

What You'll Do

• Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM): Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in developing and customizing solutions using AEM, including creating and managing templates, components, workflows, and integrations.
• AEM architecture and best practices: Understanding of AEM architecture and best practices, including content modeling, sling models, OSGi bundles, and AEM deployment models.
• AEM customization and extension: Ability to customize and extend AEM functionalities using AEM APIs, OSGi services, and other AEM extension points.
• AEM schemas and Metadata ACLs for permissions
• Java development experience: Strong knowledge of Java programming language and experience in building AEM applications using Java-based frameworks.
• Integration skills: Experience in integrating AEM with other systems and platforms, such as CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and third-party APIs.
• Version control and deployment: Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and experience in managing code repositories, branching, merging, and deployment processes in AEM.
• Problem-solving and debugging skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues in AEM applications, including performance optimization and bug fixing.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills: Ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients, and work collaboratively in an Agile development environment.

What You Bring

• Experience in integrating AEM with CRM systems, APIs, and marketing tools
• Proven ability to lead technical teams, mentor developers, and deliver solutions aligning with business goals
• Familiarity with Git and other version control systems
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, communication, and collaboration skills.
