Your Role
As an AEM DAM Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining digital asset management solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of DAM capabilities into enterprise content workflows.
Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing scalable AEM DAM solutions to manage digital assets efficiently.
- Integrating AEM DAM with other enterprise systems (e.g., CMS, PIM, CRM).
- Developing custom components, workflows, and metadata schemas within AEM.
- Ensuring optimal performance, security, and governance of digital assets.
- Supporting migration and onboarding of assets into AEM DAM.
- Collaborating with UX designers, content authors, and backend developers to deliver cohesive solutions.

- Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) DAM Deep understanding of AEM Assets, metadata management, renditions, and workflows.
- Java / J2EE Strong programming skills for backend development and custom AEM component creation.
- Sightly / HTL & Sling Models – Experience in building dynamic and reusable front-end components.
- RESTful APIs & Integration – Proficiency in integrating AEM with external systems using APIs.
- Asset Migration & Automation – Hands-on experience with bulk asset migration, scripting, and automation tools (e.g., Groovy, Python, ACS Commons).
