Role Overview

We are looking for a full-time, on-site Advocate to join our Kundli office. This role involves handling a range of legal matters — from drafting and reviewing documents to conducting research and appearing before courts and tribunals — while working closely with senior advocates and partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and review legal documents, pleadings, contracts, opinions, and other legal instruments
• Conduct legal research to support client advisory work and litigation
• Prepare and maintain accurate case files and documentation
• Coordinate with senior advocates or partners on case strategy and execution
• Appear before courts and tribunals as required
• Assist in developing legal strategies and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Collaborate with internal teams and uphold ethical and professional standards

Qualifications & Skills

• LLB or equivalent law degree from a recognized institution
• Enrollment with the Bar Council and eligibility to practice as an Advocate
• Strong legal research, drafting, and documentation skills; ability to interpret statutes, case law, and regulatory requirements
• Working knowledge of court procedures, filing processes, and preparation of pleadings and contracts
• Effective communication and advocacy skills, including negotiation and client interaction
