Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal counsel on real estate transactions, including land acquisition, leasing, and property development.
• Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings, including litigation, arbitration, and mediation related to real estate and construction disputes.
