Job summary

Raunak Group in Thane is seeking an experienced Advocate to join its Legal team and support real estate initiatives.

You should hold an LLB with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in court matters, civil matters and litigation, plus strong drafting, conveyancing and Marathi typing skills.

The role reports to the Head of Legal, involves independently handling follow-ups, notices, replies and related documentation, and offers opportunities for growth within the Real Estate portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Draft notices, replies, applications, affidavits, written submissions, agreements and other legal correspondence.
• Coordinate follow-ups and manage legal matters independently.
• Represent the company with precision and confidence in real estate-related disputes.

Reporting To: Head of Legal

CTC: Up to 9 Lakh

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Male candidates preferred
• Minimum 2 to 4 years of relevant legal experience
• Practical experience in Court Matters, Civil Matters & Litigation
• Strong exposure to Legal Drafting & Conveyancing
• Proficiency in Marathi Drafting & Typing
• Good knowledge and working experience in Revenue Matters
• Strong practical exposure to RERA / MahaRERA matters, including complaints, replies, hearings, compliance & related documentation
• Real Estate sector experience will be preferred
• Strong legal drafting skills, including Notices, Replies, Applications, Affidavits, Written Submissions, Agreements, Undertakings, Letters & other legal correspondence
• Ability to independently handle follow-ups, coordination & legal matters
