Job summary

EisnerAmper India is seeking a Senior Associate in Transaction Advisory Services to join a collaborative, growing team in Mumbai. You will conduct financial due diligence, lead analyses, and prepare Quality of Earnings reports for buy-side and sell-side engagements, liaising with clients, investment banks, and US-based leads.

You will bring 3+ years of post-qualification TAS experience, strong US GAAP knowledge, and excellent communication and project-management skills to a firm that values DEI

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, business or finance from an accredited university.
• Chartered Accountant or CFA certification is preferred
• 3+ years of post-qualification experience in transaction advisory services in a top-tier accredited public accounting or consulting firm
• Strong technical accounting knowledge of US GAAP

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial due diligence and Quality of Earnings reports for buy-side and sell-side transactions for PE, VC, family-owned businesses and corporate clients
• Analyze financial and operational results to prepare Quality of Earnings reports
• Prepare detailed financial analysis that will help our clients to evaluate acquisitions decisions and financing arrangements
• Evaluate financial information to identify issues/opportunities and recommend post-acquisition measures
• Work closely with clients, investment banks, PE investors, attorneys and other key stakeholders under the supervision of US-based project leads
• Participate in client meetings to gather data and valuable information to perform financial analysis work

What Work You Will be Responsible For:

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, business or finance from an accredited university.

• Strong technical accounting knowledge of US GAAP

• Experience in working and communicating with mid-level accounting and/or deal related professionals in the US

The TAS Practice assists financial and strategic investors and lenders in connection with evaluating complex acquisition and divestiture transactions. Our professionals have decades of experience advising clients in every aspect of the transaction, from pre-LOI stage through closing. We are looking for professionals in selected geographic and functional markets to add to the continued growth and expansion of our TAS practice.
