Job summary

BDO EDGE India Private Limited is hiring a Consultant – Risk Advisory Services in Gurugram to join the Advisory team. The role requires 2-3 years of experience in Internal Audit / SOX / Risk Advisory and a professional qualification such as CA/ACCA or MBA Finance. You will work on SOX 302/404 engagements, test controls, and collaborate with global teams.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in Internal Audit / SOX / Risk Advisory.
• Semi-qualified CA / ACCA or MBA Finance.
• Experience with business process controls & SOX testing.
• Big 8 / Public Accounting / Fortune 100 experience preferred.
• Knowledge of IIA, ICAI & ISACA standards.
• Strong MS Excel, Visio & Word skills.
• Excellent analytical & communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work on Internal Audit & SOX 302/404 engagements.
• Test business process controls and assess design & operating effectiveness.
• Work across P2P, Revenue & Receivables, Financial Close, Inventory, Payroll, Treasury & Investments.
• Prepare process narratives, flowcharts, RCMs & audit work papers.
• Support risk assessments and risk-based audit programs.
• Collaborate with global/onshore teams and clients.
• Assist in audit reporting, presentations and engagement management.
