Our SBU Connectivity is seeking highly skilled and experienced Embedded Software Test Engineer with strong automotive domain knowledge including Advanced Networking, Antenna, Autosar, Bluetooth, BSP and Drivers, Calls, Connectivity, Diagnostics, Ethernet AVB, IOC, Linux, Positioning, System-level functionalities, serial communication protocols, and Telephony.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing, validating, and debugging software for embedded systems across multiple domains. This role requires a deep understanding of embedded architecture, domain-specific requirements, and end-to-end software interactions to find integration issues in early stages of software development.
Key responsibilities involve designing and executing component-level and software interface tests, with practical experience in C and C++, as well as test frameworks such as Google Test and automation frameworks like pytest or Robot Framework. The candidate should be proficient in interpreting high-level design documents (HDD), component design documents (CDD), hardware/software interface specifications (HSIS), and various modeling artifacts - including sequence flow, activity, and state transition diagrams - to define verification criteria and develop thorough test cases.
Analyze the software architecture and design specifications

Establish and report test coverage and traceability to design specifications
Document test cases and report defects
Support root cause analysis
7+ years of experience in embedded software development.
Proven experience in developing/testing Automotive domains
Strong debugging and troubleshooting capabilities.
Excellent analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively within cross-functional, collaborative team.
Practical experience with modeling and design tools such as Enterprise Architect.
Intrinsically motivated, achievement-oriented, and deeply passionate about technology.
Able to understand concepts and use structured reasoning.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Fast learner, able to synthesize large amounts of information accurately.
