Job summary

HARMAN India is seeking an experienced Domain Scrum Master with 6–9 years of Agile experience to lead and coach SAFe teams in a dynamic automotive context. The role focuses on facilitating ceremonies, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring delivery quality while aligning with business objectives.

The position involves working with Product Owners, Stakeholders, and Development Teams to optimize processes, report progress, and remove impediments in a large, global organization.

Qualifications

• SAFe Agilist or SAFe Scrum Master certification.

Responsibilities

About The Role

We're seeking an experienced Domain Scrum Master with 6 to 9 years of experience in Agile methodologies and SAFE (Scaled Agile Framework) implementation. You'll lead Agile teams, facilitate SAFE ceremonies, and drive continuous improvement to ensure high-quality deliveries.
