Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent required.
• Minimum 12 years experience in BMS projects engineering.
• Working knowledge of SAP, CORA PPM & MSP tools.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver multiple BMS projects from various verticals with the project team.
• Review tender documents, plans and specifications to derive scope, deliverables and create project plans.
• Communicate with stakeholders, team members and project managers on project status, risks and issues.
• Responsible for project-related communication with customers and coordinating with location teams.
• Provide technical mentorship and knowledge transfer within engineering teams.
• Analyze customer feedback and drive actions to improve satisfaction.
• Ensure effective use of engineering and workflow tools to meet delivery, productivity and quality goals.
• Participate in pre-sales estimate reviews to specify necessary engineering labor.
• Support knowledge transfer across teams.

Responsibilities

Principle Duties:

• Lead & deliver multiple BMS projects from various verticals like Data center, Commercial etc. along with assigned project team
• Review tender documents -plans & specifications to derive scope, RFI, deliverables etc. and prepare project plan covering detailed hardware and software design, QC, FAT if applicable.
• Communicating with stakeholders, team members and project managers on project status, including progress, risk and any issues that may have an impact on project delivery
• Responsible for project related communication with customer. Frequently interacts with subordinates, customers/Location Co-coordinators and/or functional peer group managers; often must lead a cooperative effort among members of a project team
• Impart technical trainings as necessary. Act as a SME/coach for team members providing technical mentorship.
• Responsible for analyzing customer feedback and identifying appropriate actions to improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Ensure effective use of various engineering & workflow tools, adherence to laid down processes to achieve required delivery, productivity, quality & customer satisfaction goals
• Participate in selection process
• Participates in pre-sales estimate reviews to ensure necessary engineering labor is specified to meet contract requirements and sequence of operation.
• Knowledge transfer within and across the engineering teams.

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Equivalent Relevant Experience

• MINIMUM TEN (12) YEARS EXPERIENCE IN BMS PROJECTS ENGINEERING
• WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF SAP, CORA PPM & MSP TOOLS etc.
• Pmp Certification Preferred
• EXCELLENT WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS
