Job summary

Honeywell Technologies in Bengaluru, India seeks a Sr Data Management Analyst - Informatica (ETL) to lead data solutions for ERP migrations. You will transform data for SAP deployments, providing technical leadership and coordinating with co-source partners to support multiple SAP projects.

The role requires advanced Informatica skills, Oracle SQL, and experience with LTMC/LSMW, driving data quality and standards across migrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• 6+ years of data integration/migration for large SAP ERP projects.
• 6+ years experience with SAP & S4 HANA data mapping and configuration.
• Hands-on Informatica Power Center, IICS, IDQ.
• 6+ years Oracle SQL development.
• 2+ LTMC/LSMW and scripting (Shell, Python).
• 2+ knowledge of AI/ML or advanced analytics tools.

Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

Data Migration Implementation Strategy and Project Management

• Enforce common development methodologies for Data Migrations.
• Partner with Data Leads on deployments and projects to ensure data schedule alignment
• Enforce Management Operating system (MOS) and methodologies for Data Migrations and Transitions into core ERP applications
• Ensure that data related reporting metrics and status updates are created and are accurate at any given time
• Establish or enforce best practices needed for new data solution implementations working closely with the functional COE and extended data stakeholders
• Collaborate with the Data Management organization to support enforcement of data quality standards and processes for ERP deployments, projects or enhancements
• Develop and deliver tasks as per SLAs related to analysis, design and implementation of technical data migration solutions
• Work with extended data team to create or update standard mapping documents.
• Research, evaluate, identify alternative approaches, recommend, design and code efficient and effective solutions for challenging problems ranging from small to large work efforts for low to high complexity problems.
• Work concurrently on several projects, each with specific instructions that may differ from project to project
• Provide mentorship and change management leadership for introduction of new data tools and capabilities

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent 6+ years of relevant experience.
• 6+ Data Integration/Data Migration and full cycle experience for large, complex SAP ERP projects
• 6+ Functional experience in ERP SAP & S4 HANA related application with configuration, table, structures for data mapping and rule definition
• Hands-on experience 6+ Informatica - Power Center, IICS , IDQ
• 6+ Oracle SQL development or similar
• 2+ LTMC, LSMW, scripts language like Shell script and Python,
• 2+ Knowledge with AI/ML capabilities or advanced data analytics tools
