Job summary

LogiNext is seeking a senior Backend Engineer to lead development efforts on scalable, high-performance systems. You will design and build distributed Java-based services, drive architecture decisions, and collaborate across teams to deliver value-driven products.

You will guide a team of senior engineers, emphasize clean code, security, and scalable design while coordinating with product management to meet client expectations. Mumbai-based, full-time position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 8–10 years of design and development experience in scalable and distributed enterprise applications using Java/J2EE, JPA, Spring, and RESTful services.
• Excellent Java coding skills.
• Experience with big data stores such as MySQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch.
• Experience deploying applications on AWS or Azure.
• Front-end technologies HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, AngularJS, React and D3.js preferred.
• Strong CS fundamentals with data structures, algorithms and software design.
• Proven ability to drive large-scale projects with Agile SDLC and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead end-to-end design and development for high-volume, low-latency real-time systems.
• Lead and direct senior engineers, define software architecture, assess existing systems and risks.
• Deliver high-availability, high-performance platform using microservices.
• Identify bottlenecks and optimize production and non-production issues.

Responsibilities :

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
• 8 to 10 years of design and development experience in scalable and distributed enterprise applications using Java/J2EE, JPA, Spring framework and RESTful web services
• Excellent coding skills in Java
• Experience in managing, implementing and optimizing big data stores such as MySQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch
• Experience in deploying applications and using various managed services provided by cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
• Experience in front‑end technologies HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, AngularJS, React and D3.js is preferred
• Strong foundation in computer science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms and software design
• Proven ability to drive large scale projects with deep understanding of Agile SDLC, high collaboration and leadership
