About the Role
As an Advanced Analyst - IBP (Integrated Business Planning), you will be responsible for development and configuration across Demand Planning, Supply Chain/Logistics, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP). The role will report to the Director and will work as an individual contributor.
What You Will Do
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for supply chain planning solutions, specializing in Demand & Supply Planning, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), and SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
- Provide functional expertise and governance for SAP IBP, including solution configuration and continuous enhancements aligned with business requirements.
- Design, support, and document end-to-end supply chain planning processes, workflows, and data models across SAP IBP and its integrated solutions.
- Drive the solution architecture and integration across SAP IBP and SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain, supporting business transformation and process optimization.
- Lead project workstreams and strategic initiatives for implementing new capabilities and enhancing existing functionalities across SAP IBP and SAP ECC/S/4HANA Supply Chain.
- Drive accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across the SAP IBP environment while effectively managing priorities, risks, dependencies, and scope changes.
What You Need to Be Successful
- 6-8 years of hands-on experience in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP), with expertise across Demand and Supply planning, Inventory, Response Planning, and S&OP.
- Proven experience delivering at least two full-cycle S&OP implementations and one full-cycle Response & Supply Planning implementation.
- Strong hands-on expertise in SAP IBP configuration, including Key Figures, custom calculations, planning operators, planning filters, parameters, and advanced planning profiles.
- In-depth knowledge of Statistical Forecasting, Demand Sensing, ABC/XYZ Segmentation, New Product Introduction (NPI), Data Realignment, Forecast Consumption, and Forecast Accuracy.
- Strong understanding of SAP IBP master data, unified planning areas, time-series and order-based planning, including Heuristics and Optimizers.
- Experience integrating SAP IBP with SAP ECC/S/4HANA modules such as PP, MM, and SD, along with hands-on experience in testing, troubleshooting, implementation roadmaps, and end-to-end project delivery.
Bonus Points if You Have
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- Ability to analyze and reverse-engineer existing HARMAN SAP IBP processes to design, document, and implement future system enhancements and change requests.
- Strong multi-tasking and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives from planning and execution through successful delivery.
