Job summary

Invesco Ltd. is seeking a Business Continuity/Resilience Analyst in Hyderabad, India for a full-time role. You will assist in creating and maintaining continuity documentation, coordinate tabletop exercises, and help map critical services while supporting resilience initiatives across regions.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams); familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in business continuity, or operational resilience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and maintenance of business continuity and crisis management documentation, including playbooks and recovery plans.
• Support the coordination and execution of tabletop exercises and scenario-based testing.
• Help conduct Business Impact Analysis (BIA) workshops and Important Business Services mapping.
• Participate in data collection and reporting activities for resilience programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify gaps and support mitigation strategies.
• Contribute to the creation of presentations and reports for senior stakeholders.
• Maintain SharePoint sites and assist with document organization and version control.
• Provide administrative support for meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
