• Hands-on experience with Workfront configuration and administration.
• Experience with: Projects, tasks, portfolios, programs, and resource management; custom forms and calculated fields; reports and dashboards; queues and approvals; workflows automation.
• Strong experience with Workfront Fusion, including scenarios, APIs, webhooks, and integrations.
• Working knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and third-party system integrations.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional and global teams.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Adobe Workfront including projects, tasks, portfolios, programs, resources, queues, forms, reports, and dashboards.
• Develop and maintain custom forms, calculated fields, layouts, request queues, approvals, and workflow automation.
• Design and implement integrations using Workfront Fusion, including scenarios, APIs, webhooks, and data transformations.
• Build and optimize Workfront reports and dashboards for project tracking, KPIs, resource utilization, and operational metrics.
• Manage users, access levels, permissions, teams, and security settings.
• Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into Workfront solution designs.
• Troubleshoot application and integration issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Provide production support and ensure system reliability, data integrity, performance, and scalability.
• Support Workfront upgrades, testing, deployment, documentation, and user training.
• Collaborate with Adobe Support and external vendors when required.

• We are looking for an experienced Adobe Workfront Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Workfront configuration, customization, workflow automation, reporting, and integrations.
• The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable Workfront solutions.

• Strong expertise in Workfront configuration and administration.
• Hands-on experience with: Projects, tasks, portfolios, programs, and resource management Custom forms and calculated fields Reports and dashboards Request queues and approval workflows Business rules and workflow automation User management, permissions, and access levels
• Strong experience with Workfront Fusion, including scenarios, APIs, webhooks, and integrations.
• Working knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and third-party system integrations.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Adobe Workfront certification.
• Experience integrating Workfront with Jira, AEM, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams, or similar enterprise applications.
• Basic scripting/programming knowledge.
• Experience in Enterprise PMO, Marketing Operations, or Project Management environments.
• Knowledge of change management, process optimization, and governance.
• Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should be a hands-on Adobe Workfront Developer/Administrator who can independently handle Workfront configuration, workflow automation, reporting, Fusion integrations, troubleshooting, and stakeholder requirements from design through production support.
