Job summary

Pegasus International is seeking a veteran MarTech architect with 10+ years of experience in architecture, solutioning and consulting for enterprise brands and multi-market deployments. You will work with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), RTCDP, AJO and Adobe Target, plus XDM/data modelling, to design end-to-end MarTech architectures across CDP, CMS, CRM, Analytics, Personalization and Activation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in MarTech architecture, solutioning and consulting.
• Deep experience with AEP, RTCDP, AJO, Adobe Target and XDM modelling.
• End-to-end MarTech architecture across CDP, CMS, CRM, Analytics, Personalization and Activation.
• Strong understanding of data-to-activation architecture: ingestion identity segmentation journey activation.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale, multi-brand/multi-market solutions.
• Strong integration architecture and solution blueprinting experience.
• Experience with large SI/consulting organizations, preferably within the Adobe partner ecosystem.
• Strong client-facing consulting, RFP/RFI, discovery workshop, proposal, demo/POV and solution estimation experience.
• Experience building MarTech capabilities, reusable frameworks, accelerators, IP or playbooks.
• Experience leading and mentoring architects/engineering teams.
• Ability to connect technical architecture with measurable business outcomes.

Must-Have / Strong Signals:

• 10+ years of experience in MarTech architecture, solutioning and consulting.

• End-to-end MarTech architecture experience across CDP, CMS, CRM, Analytics, Personalization and Activation.

• AI/GenAI experience applied to MarTech or customer experience.
• Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA and DPDP.
• Thought leadership through conference presentations, blogs, open-source contributions or accelerator/demo work.
• Experience with Adobe directly or as part of a Platinum/Diamond Adobe partner.
