A global marketing solutions provider is seeking a Technical Solutions Architect to design and implement Adobe solutions in a remote setting. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Adobe Experience Platform, strong data engineering skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams. Role Overview
The purpose of this role is to understand, model and facilitate change in a significant area of the business and technology portfolio either by line of business, geography or specific architecture domain while co-building the architecture center of practice and knowledge base within Dentsu/Merkle.
Day in Life
Solution Design & Delivery
You'll architect end-to-end technical solutions inclusive of Adobe solutions such as RT-CDP, AJO, CJA inclusive of data ingress/egress and security/privacy best practices
You'll design and presents solution options with clear tradeoffs on feasibility, cost, and compliance
You'll deliver hands-on implementation from development through production deployment
You'll develop data workflows, transformations, and automation for platform scalability
Streaming: You will architect and develop ongoing solutions to ingest customer data in more real-time using streaming technology.
Batch: You will architect and develop ongoing solutions to automate batch ingestion for AEP clients.
You'll troubleshoot platform performance issues across data ingestion and distribution
You'll drive continuous improvement of delivery processes and industry best practices
You'll independently research and prototypes emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage
You'll provide post-deployment maintenance and knowledge transfer
Strategic Stakeholder Collaboration
You will partner with application architects, data engineers, product owners, and scrum masters
You'll proactively facilitate alignment between business/marketing requirements and technical solutions
Self-organizes cross-functional teams and drive consensus on complex technical decisions
Required Qualifications
Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
5+ years technical/business consulting experience
5+ years hands-on Adobe Experience Platform (RT-CDP, AJO, CJA) experience
Technical Skills
Adobe certification (AEP, RT-CDP, AJO, or Target)
Understanding of data collection methods, CDPs, and customer identity graphs
Agile delivery, SQL, Python, scripting
Data engineering, modeling, and segmentation expertise
XDM, Mix-Ins, ETL, API/Batch processing, Swagger
Intermediate-to-advanced SQL and Python proficiency
Machine learning pipelines and automated data quality frameworks
Predictive modeling and real-time decision engines
Ideally additional qualifications
Autonomous testing and deployment pipelines
Self-documenting code practices and system documentation
Marketing systems experience (email, SMS, web, analytics, CRM)
Customer segmentation and targeting expertise
Excel/Tableau experience for data analysis
Experience with autonomous workflow orchestration tools and automation platforms
Cross-functional program management experience with self-organizing team leadership
Agency/consulting experience across multiple industries
Background in machine learning operations (MLOps) and system design
Experience with predictive analytics and prescriptive modeling for business optimization
This is a 100% remote position where you will report to the delivery lead. You will be working as an individual contributor in a collaborative environment.
Additional information
The annual salary range for this position is $136,000 - $219,650. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation.
