Innova ESI Pvt Ltd in India seeks an Adobe Experience Manager Developer to implement and maintain AEM 6.5 on-premises and AEMaaCS. The role focuses on building components, templates, and workflows using JSP, HTL, Sling, and OSGi services.

You will work with headless delivery via Content Fragments and GraphQL, integrate REST APIs, configure dispatcher and caching, and explore frontend frameworks like React or Next.js.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with AEM 6.5 on-prem and AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS).
• Proficient in JSP, HTL, Java, and component dialog creation.
• Experience creating custom templates, Sling Models, OSGi services, and AEM workflows.
• Experience implementing AEM headless using Content Fragments and GraphQL APIs.
• Comfortable consuming headless content in frontend apps via APIs.
• Knowledge of EDS, JCR, Sling, OSGi, and REST API integrations.
• Familiar with dispatcher setup and caching.
• Bonus: Experience with Adobe I/O Runtime, Adobe I/O Events, and frontend frameworks like React or Next.js.

Job Description – Adobe Experience Manager – Developer

• Hands-on experience with AEM 6.5 (on-prem) and AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS)
• Strong in developing components using both Classic UI (ExtJS + JSP) and Touch UI (Coral UI + HTL/Sightly)
• Experience creating custom templates, Sling Models, OSGi services, and AEM workflows
• Proficient in JSP, HTL, Java, and component dialog creation for both UI types
• Experience implementing AEM headless using Content Fragments and GraphQL APIs
• Comfortable consuming headless content in frontend apps via APIs
• Knowledge of Edge Delivery Services (EDS) – including universal editor base authoring and EDS rendering pipelines
• Strong understanding of JCR, Sling, OSGi, and REST API integrations
• Familiar with dispatcher setup, caching
• Bonus: Experience with Adobe I/O Runtime, Adobe I/O Events, and frontend frameworks like React or Next.js
